Welcome to our spacious apartment. We are one couple who both grew up in Arendal. Walking in to Åsbieskogen , 5-10 min walk down to the sea, 15 min walk into Arendal city. Shopping mall, pharmacy and baker 300 m away. 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and 2 air porch. Heating/air conditioning with heat pump and cables bathroom. Access via stairs 2 floor. 1 bedroom 150 cm double bed 2 bedrooms 120 cm bed , and separate 90 cm. We live on the ground floor. Parking right outside, good bus connections

The place is close to the forest and bright and cozy. Great hiking terrain with several swimming spots. It is almost possible to see the nearest neighbor, the apartment is located as house number 2 from a dead end road. It's peaceful and peaceful here. Cozy accommodation on the way into Sørlandet or to Setesdalen/the rest of Norway! If you are going on Canal Street or Arendalsuka, this can be a good place to retreat. Short distance to both Arendal (9 km), Froland (7 km) and Grimstad (18 km).

Retro-cafe at Nelaug 600m, Joker 15-20' by car or 20' by local train to the Stoa shopping centre. No smoking and partying. Rules of order.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Lys, trivelig leilighet, med nydelig utsikt over Arendals byfjord. Den er fullt møblert, har smart TV (dog, uten kanaler) og gratis wifi. Det er kun 2 min gange til sentrum og Norges første flytende basseng. Fra byen kan man ta ferge til f.eks. Merdø. Leiligheten har en fin uteplass med egen grill, bord og stoler og en fantastisk utsikt. Det er ingen parkering til leiligheten men offentlig parkeringshus i nærheten.

The house is started build in 1898 and finished 1927. The house are 30 meter from the beutiful Herefoss Fjord. In front of house you have Beach with volleyball net, playing ground for kids and diving Tower. Good Place for freshwater Fishing ! Salmon, Trout and more.
