(deck chairs, buckets, spades, parasol, gas stove/kettle, mugs, cups etc). A 5 minute walk from Walton train station, the pier, car parking , the toilet block and the high street. (water tap is located a few steps from the hut). Suitable for 6 people using the hut at a time (any more would be abit of a squeeze!) Pet friendly (2 dog limit) No smoking

It has 2 double bedrooms for 4 people and a small double sofa bed for one or two in the living room. There is 1 full bathrooms with a bath and shower and 1 half bathroom with shower. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. There is a full kitchen and sun trap of a garden. The house is close to the Tennis Club, the sea and beach, shops, and restaurants, Free parking.

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Self Contained Studio in Wivenhoe

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).
