Der Garten wird zwischenzeitlich gepflegt, lediglich die Mülltonnen müssten an die Straße gestellt werden (pro Woche 1-2 Tonnen). :) Es handelt sich um ein 2 Parteien Haus, bei der die obere Wohnung vermietet ist.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über maximal 6 Schlafplätze und einer Wohnfläche von 101,65 m². Die Küche bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für gemütliche Kochabende, inkl. Backofen. Die sonnige Terrasse mit anliegendem großen Schuppen erlaubt gemeinsam das Frühstück im Freien zu genießen. Es verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung, sowie über einen Abstellraum. Anliegend befindet sich ein privater Spielplatz. Nehmen Sie nach Möglichkeit ihre Fahrräder mit. In Barßel gibt es auch einen Fahrradverleih.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Good motorway connection (A28, approx. 3 km), shopping facilities, restaurants and the Swarte Moor Lake for walks in nature. The city bus stops right outside the front door. A small garden makes this accommodation a cosy retreat.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Papenburg, Werlte, Friesoythe and Sögel can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a resort in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike rides and relaxing walks at or to visit the memorial with the adjacent moor experience trail.

On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
