Your holiday home is in the village of Willofs with 400 inhabitants (87634 Ostallgäu). Numerous excursion opportunities in summer and winter are at your feet here. For your mental well-being, there is deliberately NO TV. In a maximum of 25 minutes you can reach Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Mindelheim, Bad Wörishofen. Cities like Füssen, Nesselwang, Pfronten, Immenstadt etc. are only 40 - 50 minutes away.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

The light-flooded apartment offers two lovingly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a box spring bed. The modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. In the open-plan living and dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area and a comfortable couch where you can relax.
