Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. King, queen, and bunk rooms plus a loft sleep up to 14, 16 with the loft trundles. Ski in winter, golf in summer.
