Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

A small and very cozy apartment in Freiburg-Herdern, with a large terrace with a view of the city. Right on the edge of town and black forest, best location, south-facing slope with a view of Freiburg, the Schönberg, the Kaiserstuhl and the Vosges. The apartment is fully furnished, mostly newly developed and furnished with a tile floor and solid wood furniture. Super quiet location and ideal for nature lovers. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. A parking space can be provided by arrangement. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.

Vom HBF direkt in die Wohnung, kein Problem. Zentraler in Freiburg wohnen geht nicht. Es freut uns, dass Sie sich für unsere neu renovierte 40 m2 Wohnung interessieren. Die Besonderheit ist wirklich die Lage in zweiter Reihe zum HBF, der einladende Balkon und die hochwertige neue Einrichtung. Hier fehlt es Ihnen an nichts. Eine voll eingerichtete Küche (Kaffeemaschine von Dolce Gusto) bis hin zum Weinkühlschrank.

You will have breakfast on a spacious roof terrace overlooking Freiburg Minster and the Black Forest.
