Your birthday, wedding, company event, or artistic meetup is welcome here! The location is directly on the river Mulde with ample parking and tenting space around the house. It is easily reachable by train (1 hour from Leipzig + 10 minutes walking) yet provides a private and beautiful environment for your special weekend.

Here the whole family can relax. We rent our city villa during our vacation trips. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby sights such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig and the new Karl's strawberry farm. The A14 is about 5 minutes drive. Make yourself at home. All our daughter's toys can also be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.

This cozy villa, peacefully located on the edge of a forested area in the Ore Mountains, is perfect for families and small groups looking for a comfortable and modern base for their holiday. With a surface area of 112 m² and three bedrooms, the house accommodates up to seven guests. The modern villa and the entire property is in an exclusive location and is completely rented to you (no other residents!). The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old ones. Historically, the royal wooden storage space was located on the property, framed from 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer them great privacy today, without outside inspection.
