Basecamp in the White mountains

This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Located in the Northern Lakes Region on a major wildlife corridor this rustic hunting cabin has off the grid accessories including battery powered lights, outside cold shower with an outside sink and a outhouse. Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. My entire house just waiting to be enjoyed! A great get away for relaxing. King Pine ski hill is close by for winter fun. Summertime, I am a member of the Lake Ossipee Village Beach Club on Broad Bay, the most sandy beach with facilities. Enjoy the beach! Nearby, Freedom Town Forest trails await hiking/biking or Goodhue Boat Co. has boat rentals. If shopping is a must, Conway is 20 minutes north as are other ski hills. Antique/resale shops are nearby. Guests love the updated décor.
