Cozy year-round insulated wooden summer house from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside covered wooden terrace and tile terrace in the open air. At the back of the plot playhouse and sand pile for the children. There is wireless internet (fiber network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house yourself upon departure, as well as that electricity consumption is paid separately.

The garden is more or less overgrown with paths that are regularly mowed. The house can be heated with fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump and there is both a washing machine and dishwasher. Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the summerhouse and 10 minutes away is Tinggården. The area is characterized by nature and summer houses. Lovely beaches within cycling distance.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there are views of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there can be someone. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.
