The bright, quiet 90 square meter apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna and table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Charming new apartment in wonderful area

Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

Apartment with stunning view

This apartment is located above the wineyards of Nussbaumen, Thurgau in Switzerland. The apartment is modernised and furnitured with valuable old furniture dating back to the 18th and 19th century. Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. It is 10-15 minutes' walk to the Rhine Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a new development. Our house is ready. Apartment with a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful undersea. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room is a large sofa bed for two. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

Lovely flat with private garden.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
