Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse "Monferrato Country House Basin d ‘Amor" where you can share your passion for this beautiful Unesco Heritage land. Our house is located 10 minutes from the centre of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, and 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it's an ideal spot. Kick back and relax in thiscalm, stylish space.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a paid electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
