In the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, 4 kilometers from Chapelle-des-Bois, a small mountain village known for its multiple hiking trails, a pioneer of agriculture and sustainable tourism. Located in the Ballons des Vosges du Sud Nature Park (Les Mille étangs), we welcome you to our comfortable trailer for 2 people (bed 160x200, linen, WIFI...) French or Russian breakfast, private Nordic bath and sauna on request). You will stay quiet and surrounded by nature. Many outings: marked hikes, bike rental, close to the ski resort La Planche des Belles Filles. Find our 2nd trailer for 4-6 people (available from Feb 13).

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.

The refuge

Immerse yourself in the world of an alpine shepherd's refuge as a couple. Your all-wood cabin is composed of a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, a night area with a 140 X 200 bed. Your direct access to your terrace with views of nature and your private Jacuzzi will ensure you have a good time as a couple and "you never know about a misunderstanding..." Towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival.

There is no heating avaiable. The sun shines through the windows in the morning and you wake up in the peace of nature.
