A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Trudi's Terrace - 2 Bedroom Matterhorn Views

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

The apartment is fully equipped for your stay with WiFi, TV and DVD in both English and Italian. We also have Italian and UK electric plugs for your convenience. Skiing in Champoluc is an amazing experience as it is connected to all the Monterosa Valley. Your host is at your disposal for any suggestion to make your holiday a memorable one.

Cosy apartment in central Champoluc

Fantastic location in the centre of Champoluc next to all the shops and restaurants. You only have to cross the road to get to the slopes. The apartment is newly renovated with a cosy log burning fire, a large kitchen and comfy beds with warm white duvets. The 2 bathrooms will help everyone get to the slopes on time. No need for a car, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The private driveway makes the apartment nice calm and there is free parking outside your door.

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).
