Located in the pristine Maira Valley, we find "Simulenta", an entire apartment that was recently renovated. The apartment is located on the first floor with a separate entrance via an external staircase. The accommodation consists of a living area: an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The accommodation is located in the hamlet of Castellaro, in the village of Celle di Macra (Valle Maira) at 1460 meters. It has a private patio, equipped with deckchairs, for sunbathing and relaxing. The house consists of two bedrooms and a unique and spacious living area, the property is completed by a large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a cellar room where you can store any bicycles. Ideal location for mountain lovers, trekking and relaxation.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the nearby towns.
