Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.
