The fully restored farmhouse is located 3 km from the centre of Brisighella and stands at an altitude of 160 metres above sea level. Ovello is one of the oldest properties on the estate, it was already part of the estate in the 1500s and it dates back to the first of the two houses (house Tamerice), while the second (Marruca house) dates back to the end of the 19th century. Both houses can accommodate up to 6 guests each, and they feature a large surrounding garden, two outdoor patios, parking and a private swimming pool.
