The property hosts up to 18 guests in two options — the manor house and 5 independent cottages — and is made for those who want privacy and a place to enjoy themselves and unwind away from the city, helped by the large green grounds that are part of the estate. For anyone who wants to stay connected, WiFi is available throughout the property. The manor house — On the ground floor: a double living room with a marble fireplace — perfect on winter evenings — a practical, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom, and a covered veranda with a barbecue looking straight out over the garden and the valley. Upstairs, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 6. All rooms have air conditioning. The 5 independent cottages — Set in the estate’s grounds, each with its own entrance and private bathroom. One has a bathroom accessible for people with reduced mobility. They’re the ideal retreat for anyone who wants their own space and privacy. All cottages have access to a lounge with a kitchenette and dishwasher. Two cottages can be connected to create a fully accessible apartment when needed. Total capacity: 10 guests. All rooms have air conditioning. The pool — In summer it’s the heart of the estate. Lifeguard service included (as required by regional regulations). Pets allowed. Free on-site parking. Where we are — Subiaco is a 5-minute drive away — restaurants, shops and the old town are all close by. The monasteries of San Benedetto and Santa Scolastica, the cradle of Western monasticism and rich in frescoes for art lovers, are about 15 minutes away. Rome is a little over an hour, along the scenic road that follows the Aniene river. To explore nearby — Tivoli, with the UNESCO sites of Villa d’Este and Villa Adriana. The village of Cervara di Roma, carved into the rock, one of Italy’s most beautiful and known as the artists’ village. Monte Livata: snow in winter, trails in summer, mountain air all year round.
