It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Only 15 minutes from Toowoomba CBD and within walking distance of Redwood National Park with nationally acclaimed mountain bike tracks, there are a myriad of options for filling your days with fun and adventure. Or, embrace the slow life and simply dwell in the peace and comfort of your picturesque tiny home escape.

Cabin with Stunning Valley Views

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

A peaceful offgrid cabin in a secluded location is the perfect place to unwind, relax and reconnect with yourself. This is the ideal place for those who are exhausted from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabin is surrounded by the Australian bush, with endless hiking and mountain biking trails to explore. For those who do feel the need to explore, there are a number of local patisseries, restaurants and boutiques located just 20 minutes away. But we doubt you will leave.

Escape to the beautiful Mirambeena Retreat, our BnB is situated approx 90 minutes west of Brisbane and 10min from Toowoomba CBD. Close to wedding venues, we are ideal as a romantic wedding retreat or the perfect getaway for the weekend. It is a getaway location which offers a country experience that is relaxed and tranquil. Mirambeena has its own private rainforest that has a multitude of bird life and wildlife such as wallabies, and an occasional koala.

The cottage located at the end of a Jacaranda lined driveway with sweeping country views and is only 12 minutes from The Ridge Shopping Centre, Preston Peak and Gabbinbar Wedding venues.
