The loft is located in a former industrial building which was extensively modernized for residential purposes between 2019 to 2025 and offers a perfect combination of urban loft living, closeness to nature and short distances to the locations of the MedTech industry in the region. Franconian Switzerland, the Medical Valley and Siemens Healthineers can be reached in just a few minutes.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.
