Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

At the foot of the apartment you will find a bus line, which will take you to the RER A in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later you will be either in Paris or Disney depending on your schedule Shops and park 200 m away. Banks of the Marne are a 2-minute walk away. Close to city center. Sports facilities nearby. Everything is at your disposal to make the most of your stay.

Quiet, elegant and very comfortable greenery (very good quality bedding * **) both in the city center and in the middle of greenery with balcony. 30 minutes from central Paris, 45 minutes from Disneyland. RER A is a 9-minute walk, at the foot of the bus (124). Bakery, butcher shop, bars and restaurants 2 min walk away. Bike station free access 2 min. Free parking 2 min away or free street parking. Two large parks and a nice playground for the kids at the foot of the accommodation.

Nice 2 rooms, refurbished, 45 m2, on the second floor without elevator access. Located in the Rigolots district of Vincennes, this apartment is close to all amenities (Post Office, Restaurants, Shops...) just 600 meters from Bois de Vincennes and a 15-minute walk from RER A and Metro – Château de Vincennes. Bus stop (118-124) at the foot of the building. There is no parking, but free spaces are available on Rue Pasteur, which is close to my street.

Enjoy a SMALL, elegant and central accommodation 2 steps from the RER E which takes you in no time to Disney (35 min) or to Paris (12 min). SMALL 2 designer rooms of 20 m2 (redone by an architect) set back from the street (but not very well soundproofed) 2 steps from everything you need; pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery...
