Stone house surrounded by a luxuriant garden of olive trees. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.

The Conero Cottage

Single villa built in 2013 with well-kept and comfortable rooms, independent entrance, large garden and private covered parking. Located on the edge of the Monte Conero woods in a hilly and quiet position, it is about 1.5 km from the center and the beaches of Sirolo. It is an optimal starting point to discover Conero Park by mountain bike or hiking. Also easily reachable are Portonovo (8 km), the beaches of Numana and Marcelli (4 km) and Loreto (10 km).
