Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment Haus Schäfer Zita in Fontanella impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Our vision was to make this beautiful place accessible to you and offer you the opportunity to consciously relax in nature and come to rest. Our apartment is deliberately minimalist and yet comfortably designed.

Vacation home in the Großes Walsertal Biosphere Reserve

Lage mitten im Biosphärenpark "Großes Walsertal" in nächster Nähe zum "Seewaldsee" diversen Wanderwegen und einem der größten Schigebiete Vorarlbergs. Der nächste Ort ist Fontanella, welches mit dem Auto keine 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus wurde 1974 von unseren Großeltern erbaut und steht auf dem Fundament der damaligen Schule.
