Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine..), a shower room, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, umbrella bed. You can walk the lovely path on the canal to Moret-sur-Loing and take a short ride to Fountainbleu by train, bike or car. Two train stations are an easy walk from apartment. Just 50 minutes by train to Paris—spend the day in the city and sleep in peace by canal! Great location for all, but can’t be beat for bicyclists!
