Also has an office set up with desk, office chair and a large monitor and support for laptop enabling comfortable work from home/ 'Home Office'. 10-15 mins drive from beaches, 5 mins from supermarkets and the main town. when at the house, peacefulness, nature and quiet.

Modern and nice villa between Pollença and Alcudia

The house was built 2010 with first quality materials. Vertent Nou is situated about 45 minutes from Palma. Our comfortable holiday villa is situated in the country side, close to a farm, where you will enjoy your holidays in a very calm and quiet zone. House is between Pollença and Alcudia, two of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Just a fw minutes from the beaches of pto Pollença, Alcudia, Manresa, Playa de muro. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, for example, induction hob.
