The Borgo Apartments is a modern structure, completed in June 2023, consisting of two apartments: one on the ground floor called "Regina Margherita" and one on the first floor called "Cialoma". The property is equipped with all comforts, located less than 300 meters from the sea (Spinazza Beach) and 500 meters from the town of Marzamemi, an ancient fishing village. Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, the entire group will have easy access to all local attractions.

In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Bimmisca Cottage - cypress

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming place, a small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve and which seems to float on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Casa Franca is located in the heart of Marzamemi, in a strategic position: 50 meters from the Spinazza beach which overlooks the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Noto and close to the old fishing village, where you can get lost between the Balata and the Tonnara up to the suggestive and lively Piazza Regina Margherita, where you can taste the food and wine delicacies of the area in the shadow of the ancient Palazzo Villadorata.

Marzamemi sarà visitabile a piedi, l'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro del borgo marinaro.

Un cottage nel verde, magicamente sospeso in posizione panoramica tra il mare e il laghetto Baronello, dove in estate si possono ammirare i fenicotteri. Il cottage è totalmente autonomo e dotato di cucina, bagno, area pranzo esterna. A disposizione degli ospiti le aree comuni: ampio lounge , cucina esterna per le grigliate estive e l'ampia area verde. Il parcheggio è interno alla proprietà e gratuito.
