I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Nearby: beautiful museums to visit, the hilly countryside where the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle passes, connecting Conques to Toulouse (GR62b) for your walks on foot or by bike. Located in the heart of the village, no doubt, you'll be charmed by this beautiful 17th century building combining modernism and traces of the past.

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

You will stay on a private and quiet 2500 m2 plot with free enclosed parking.

Pretty little house made of wood and stone restored with eco-friendly materials, our cottage which once housed sheep and a hen house, is located on the Causse at an equal distance from Figeac and Villefranche de Rouergue (23 km) and Cajarc and Villeneuve d'Aveyron (12 km). The cottage is secluded and we will be your only neighbors on 4 hectares of land. The cottage is completely independent and has a large garden. However, access is through our garden.
