The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Welcome to the former village chapel in Fochteloo. Through the hall you have access to the homely living room and bedroom with sofa, dining table, sitting area, television and two double beds. The original church elements (pulpit, baptismal font, organ) are still present here. Through the hall you can also reach the kitchen, with fridge and facilities for cooking. Sheltered under a wooden wall, look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and in the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The cabin contains a bedroom, bath and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.
