Peach, my little Maltese, and I welcome you to a private annexe with access from a quiet garden, sheltered from the noise of the street. Many guests experience it as a small, secret corner for relaxation in the heart of the Flaminio district. The space is compact, independent and designed for two people, away from the chaos of the historic centre but well connected. The modern design and cosy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional apartment.

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.

The suite is equipped with WiFi, TV, air conditioning, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower. For your complete autonomy during your stay, the room key is in the key box next to the door.
