Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our apartment is located directly on the forest in the beautiful landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Close to Obererbach is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other attractive hiking, cycling and motorcycle routes, ideal for day trips. Our village Obererbach belongs to the district Altenkirchen. In the village, within walking distance is the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). You can reach the nearest shops by car in about 3.5 km.

Own access & parking available. Every 30 minutes, S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to Koelnmesse).

The apartment is equipped with all the essentials and, with its covered balcony accessible from the living room, is our little gem. Parking spaces and motorcycle servicing are available upon request.

We offer a small accommodation in an old half-timbered house in the beautiful Westerwald. It's located on the first floor. We almost completely renovated it ourselves with love for detail.
