In the living room there is a large corner sofa and dining for 10 people. In the garden you have a view of the horses... Separate terrace with a place to stay. Rental of 2 electric bikes on site. Independent space in recent detached house with parking space reserved for guests. The space is on First floor and the access is through stairs. You have separate entrance and the key will be provided on arrival. Ideal for nature lovers as the area is well known for its mountain bike parcours and hikes into the rolling fields. Only 5 min away from the largest wood of Flanders (Meerdaalwoud). Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Our studio has its own entrance and is completely independent. Our "guest suite" is adjacent to our home, newly renovated, on the ground floor and has a cool terrace. This studio is equipped with a bed area, a shower room, a kitchenette, and a living area where the sofa unfolds into a double bed. Our neighborhood is residential and quiet. It is well connected to public transport (bus 95, bus 34, bus 36 and tram 81). We are located in Etterbeek.
