Villa Claudia (sleeps 6, 150 m2) is part of the Domaine des Palmiers which consists of three independent villas. The other two villas are not for rent. The house is surrounded by one hectare of pine forest and garden, with almond, fig and lemon trees. This house was the workshop of the painter Jean Miotte (1926-2016), it is a place bathed in light. In winter, the beautiful central fireplace allows you to enjoy evenings by the fire while enjoying Provence during the day.

The house is bright and equipped with all the comforts: American fridge, ovens, relaxation sofa, centralized vacuum, cooling floor, a beautiful upright piano and a ping pong table.

It is close to all amenities (2km from downtown). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from the tourist spots. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

Lovers of humble and enchanting landscapes, we came across this favourite that we have restored. Our awakenings are so sweet with this multi-colored sky for a coffee. I will never tire of contemplating this painting that takes time off. We truly love this farmhouse, you can feel at home with the comfort we brought it as if it were for us.
