Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Situated in a quiet reidential area yet still close to local amenities. With off street parking for several cars. The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in.
