Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11 kW) and lots of (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. Its cosy and warm atmosphere, wooden doors 220 cm high, and subtle interior details make this chalet a real gem!

The Waldwinkl vacation home is idyllically located in Flachauwinkl on the edge of the forest and invites you to an unforgettable stay. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
