Pretty mountain house is located 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of complete relaxation, equipped with every comfort, with garden and panoramic roof terrace. The residence is located in the village of Monti di Villa, the starting point for pleasant and relaxing walks through the woods, along the paths of the Appennini and a few miles from the Alpi Apuane. Nearby is also the Orrido di Botri, a natural canyon, beautiful and impressive to go. The house is located about 30 km from Lucca and 7 km from Bagni di Lucca spa, feature spa town with thermal baths, restaurants and taverns where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. The house consists of a living room complete with fireplace, sofa bed and TV, in the kitchen area is a pellet stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and grill. Upstairs is the master bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) and a loft where you can get an extra bed, and finally the bathroom with shower. The garden is equipped with lawn chairs to enjoy the sun, wood-burning oven and barbecue. In the roof terrace there is a large table and chairs for dining outdoors and enjoying the view. On the back of the house there is a parking place.

The Strawberry House sleeps 4: 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. Optimal accommodation for a nature, sports, and relaxation vacation. In winter, you can reach the ski lifts: - Le Polle (Cimone ski area) 22 minutes - Val di Luce 19 minutes and Faidello Pulicchio 15 minutes (Abetone ski area). In summer, woods rivers llakes will be your destinations. And a 2-minute drive away, you'll find 2 public swimming pools (1 large and 1 small), equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a bar, and children's games.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
