Da qui raggiungere Roma è facile, a 300mt è presente la stazione ferroviaria che in 25min arriva alla stazione Termini. House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Ideale per passare giorni di puro relax alla scoperta di profumi e sapori autentici o come sosta per ricaricare le energie da un lungo viaggio. Posizione strategica per raggiungere mare, montagna, lago o semplicemente scoprire i borghi limitrofi: Boville Ernica, Veroli, Abbazia di Casamari, Isola del Liri, Arpino. Siamo a 20 minuti dal casello autostradale.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. From here, you can walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and all the main attractions of our city. Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.

Outside the small living room, you can find a small and comfortable terrace.
