Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

The Snug

Built brand new for 2019, The Snug is a cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet just 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist alike gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This original fisherman’s cottage is tucked away in a prime location near the Harbour on one of the oldest streets in Newquay. It’s slap bang between Fistral and the Town beaches, Sainsburys is close by, and it avoids the noise of pubs and clubs. Our cottage has been lovingly restored. There is an open planned layout throughout for light and space and small courtyards to the front and rear. Perfect for couples wanting to holiday in Newquay! We always want to achieve a 5* rating!
