The space is a basement apartment (complete with noise) and a game room/lobby area. The apartment is accessed via the game room and includes a living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen. The art and décor is Alaskan themed and very simple. The game room/lobby is very spacious common room that is shared with the main house. It includes a flat screen tv, a sectional sofa (well used), a pool table, a wood burning stove (only source of heat), air hockey and a Foosball table.

Gorgeous, comfortable, lodge decor with huge windows. This superb log home is new and comfortably sleeps 6. Large upstairs loft has king bed, built-in closets and 24" TV. 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed built-in closets and great views. Kitchen is fully appointed with GE "Slate" series appliances and everything you need. Great room with 52" 4K HD TV and access to your streaming accounts , FAST WIFI, gorgeous cozy wood stove for chilly nights. Nice bathroom & full size washer & Dryer

It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

We call this the "Blue Ice Aviation Lounge". It is a private upstairs apartment in my hangar. The Lounge is modern, cozy, Alaskan, and very comfortable with a slight aviation theme. We have Skeetawk ski area, and the Government Peak Recreation Area within 15 min. GPRA has lighted ski trails and biking. The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
