Family friendly beach, safe swimming and great for water sports. Secure off street parking behind remote controlled gates. Alarm linked to armed response and a panic button. There are steps from the parking to the house. Unfortunately this property is not safe for small children due to the high balcony.

Surrounded by the mountains of the Greater Silvermine Reserve and a short walk from Fish Hoek Beach it is nestled in the quiet suburb of Clovelly. The charming village of Kalk Bay is just a 2km walk along the promenade, while the Clovelly Golf Course is a stone's throw from our front door. The cottage provides a great base for exploring Cape Point and the Cape Peninsula.
