You will live in a nice and modern apartment with 35 m2 of living space, your own small kitchen, a new bathroom and a balcony on the second floor. The holiday apartment complex with indoor pool and sauna in the house, ski and bicycle cellar, is very quiet and well maintained. The bus goes to the mountains directly in front of the house. You will receive the Hörnerdörfer mountain railway ticket and fast Wi-Fi from me free of charge (value €40/p and day)

Our apartment in the outdoor area with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the wellness area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rain shower. From this you can also access the balcony directly from the bedroom. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, over the hallway you have access to a separate toilet. Like its amenities, the apartment is completely new.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment with a view of the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
