The place is suitable for those seeking tranquillity in nature, but at the same time it is easy to get to the nearby beaches and the various cities of art and places of historical interest. The house is designed for couples or small groups. Parties or private events can be organised. We have a campervan parking area. Reservations are not accepted by one person.

A bright and comfortable place, where you can feel welcomed and inspired.

Your refuge in Rovigo, a short walk from everything

The two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate two people in a well-kept and functional environment. At the entrance is the modern and equipped kitchen (induction, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. The hallway leads to the spacious bedroom (with 40" smart TV) and the bathroom (equipped with a hairdryer and washer-dryer). Very central!

Completely separate to the main house with kitchen and large bathroom, the private terrace opens into the garden and swimming pool (open end May- end September) which is shared with the owners when there. Nearby are restaurants and a great delicatessen-an ideal location to explore Emilia Romagna.
