You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!
