Spotless 1-Bedroom property with own garden space.

Enjoy this secluded 1-bed room, detached property, cleanliness is paramount, a full and thorough cleansing is completed on each change over. An extremely quiet spot south facing patio overlooking a mature garden. A local pub within a 5 min walk, serving great food and is well respected by locals. The lodge is very well equipped and the host lives close by to deal with any enquires. St Andrews is 3 miles away and can be reached 5 minutes by car. There is also a local bus service every hour.

Hot Tub / Sauna, decking. private!

East Wemyss. you have full use of maintained hot tub and healing infrared sauna in private land!. cabin has one small double sofa bed, One single bunk and one full double bed. there is a window very close to sleeping area which serves as good ventilation if required. Theres a good strong shower in shower room in cabin. hot and cold running water. washing machine is inside sauna room next door to cabin. The SMALL double can sleep 2 making it possible for 5 sleeping , BUT I say 4 comfortably!

The Wee Glasshouse

The Wee Glasshouse is a modern, studio apartment in the picturesque coastal location of Dalgety Bay. It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. TV Presenter Charlie Luxton visited several times to record its progress and was aired in Jan 2017. In 2020 it featured in Scotland’s Home of the Year.

Mossview house annexe.

The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

Self contained wee cottage. Living room with feature stone wall, fully equipped kitchen and patio doors opening onto the garden. Best suited for a couple with 1 double bed in the ensuite bedroom. Chair-bed suitable for child or small adult for £20 extra. Well-behaved pets welcome but NOT to be left on their own, garden is enclosed but not secure. No weeing or soiling on the grass. Horton Cottage is a delightful spot, a stones throw away from the stunning Rumbling Bridge gorge walk. 15 minute drive to the famous Gleneagles Golf & Country club and under 10 minutes to Knockhill Racing circuit. Flexible main bedroom sleeping with super king size bed which converts to 2 full singles. 2nd bedroom is a double. Beautiful clean towels and bedlinen, with complimentary use of luxury Scottish toiletries, breakfast welcome pack and Nespresso coffee machine for guest use.

This Wee Hoose , which is situated in our back garden, accommodates two single people or couples or solo travelers or business travelers comfortably. We always meet and greet on arrival. The Wee Hoose Fife offers the ability to cook and prepare food with the use of a kitchen. Secure WiFi is available and the TV has Freeview. It is located within walking distance to amenities and Halbeath park n ride. A perfect pitch for golfers as we are not far from St Andrews and Glen Eagles.
