Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as cable TV. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. The owners live on the ground floor and are always available for questions and requests during your stay.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Absolute seclusion and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend pleasant days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including a tutorial book. Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 persons. Electricity + water available.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The centre can also be reached on foot along the Gasteiner Ache in about 30 minutes. Ski facilities are available.
