Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to Futuroscope, Marais Poitevin, Puy du Fou, Oriental Park of Maulévrier. A special feature of the gîte is that it is equipped with a dry toilet (indoor). Outdoor courtyard. Parking spot. Possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed. Your stay finances local cultural activities! Part of the profits are donated to the Les Champs Bruissent association, which organizes artist residencies.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Newly renovated accommodation, it is accessible to families. It is located in a small town where all shops (supermarket, fishmonger, bakery, PMU, restaurants, etc.) can be reached on foot. Close to Lac des Effres where picnic tables are available as well as games for children and adults. We are 1h30 from the beaches of Vendée / La Rochelle. 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope. 30 min from the Marais Poitevin, 15 min from Parthenay (flip festival, ...)

I make sure people feel comfortable there. A bucolic setting where tranquility is the key word. I am located 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1 hour from the marshes in the middle of the 3 iconic sites that surround my farm.
