Our luxury home is located in Ebenthal, Austria only 15 minutes to center of Klagenfurt, the capital of Carinthia (Kärnten). It is the most southern region in the eastern Austrian Alps. Famous Lake Wörtersee is within 20 minutes of our home. The large layout of our home gives you & your guest room to spread out or come together in the large family room with an open fireplace. A private heated salt water pool is open from June thru September depending on weather.

Note that the apartment is situated at the bottom of a valley, but the sun still shines on the property for most of the day.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Wir haben es gerne schön und genießen unser zu Hause. Der Pool der riesige Garten inmitten der Natur ist ein Ort an dem wir selbst gerne nach Hause kommen. Seit letztem Jahr haben wir die Türen unseres besonderen Refugiums auch für Gäste geöffnet. Das Appartement ist mit separatem Eingang und sehr großzügig 😀. Wir freuen uns auf Euch aus aller Welt um uns auch mit Euch ein wenig austauschen zu können.
