The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. A cosy and unique house with 6 bedrooms and facilities, such as sauna, private jetty and fireplaces inside/outside etc. The garden with its many cosy corners and the large terrace create the setting for your unforgettable holiday and moments together.

I stuen er der en komfortabel dobbeltsovesofa, et hyggeligt arbejdshjørne, samt et stemningsfuldt spiseområde med en smuk lysekrone og et bondeblåt bord.

Welcome to “Ved skov og strand” – a personal cottage filled with soul and history. Here you live in the middle of nature, only 10 meters from beech forest and 300 meters from a small private beach with rowing boat. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished with a mix of new and old, and there is room for contemplation, play and tranquility. A small oasis where time stands still and where the sunsets over the sea never disappoint.

A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with a view of the surrounding fields and forests. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
