The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

Annex 15 m from the water.

The annex is in our garden, right down to the water. You can just go down the stairs and take a dip! Or stroll through our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish Highland cattle and enjoy the view of all sides - we live on a peninsula - the Dragon. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of nice walks at the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer walk Skalø around.

Annex overlooking Svendborg Sund, located on the Øhavs Trail and a short distance from Svendborg city center, is the perfect place to explore South Funen from. The home consists of an open living room with a small kitchenette, dining area and a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and a terrace. Clean linens and towels are included.
