Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this cottage adjoining our house will be happy to welcome you with family or groups of friends. It is ideal for 5 people, but can accommodate you at 7. Peaceful, 35 minutes from Nantes, 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pornichet, La Baule, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Guérande, 45 minutes from the pretty ports of Le Croisic or Piriac or 1 hour from Vannes. A real haven of peace for those who appreciate the calm. You will be very close to Savenay (5km) and its La Colleraye shopping area

At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
