The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Home on a nature plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Newly renovated bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with corner sofa. The house is heated with a heat pump (air to air). There is WiFi in the home. The town offers two grocery stores (Netto & Super Brugsen), a pizzeria, café and restaurant. At the beach, there is a nice swimming bridge. Bedding with freshly washed linens. One bath towel available per guest.

The old pigeon fuss

Bring the whole family to this great place. The old dovecote has just been fully renovated after standing still for 35 years. It was in the late 1980s that the building stopped being used for pigeons and chickens, and today it is newly renovated with 80% recycled materials that should have been thrown out on construction sites, but which were instead used to build this fun little home. The home is located right in the center of Zealand and the islands, with a 1-hour drive to Copenhagen, among other places.

The Cozy Cottage

Enjoy the peaceful nature of Falster Island with bike trails, hiking trails, forests, and the wild seaside of Denmark. Located in vejringe but close to Stubbekøbing, with restaurants, museums and a quaint harbor area with a historic ferry to Bogø. The Cozy Cottage is located only 8 km from the E45 which takes you North to Copenhagen (1 hour 25 mins) or South towards the ferry to Germany (1 hr).
