The flat, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, a large bedroom and a passage room with a single bed. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 200 square metres equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, with the exception of the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with the guests of the other flat. A ceiling fan is available in the flat for your comfort.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and a large living room with a large rustic fireplace in typical Tuscan style.
